Calabrian Chicken Sausage

100% Chicken Thighs with Skin

Salt 1.5%

Pepper 0.75%

Sundried Tomatoes in Olive oil 3.5%

Calabrian-Chilis 2%

Fresh Garlic 2%

Fresh Italian Parsley 1.5%

Green Onion Chopped Finely 1.5%

Fresh Chopped Basil  0.6%

Nutritional Yeast 0.6%

Carrot Binder 1%

Sodium Phosphates 0.30%


WAFFLE RECIPE

  • Preheat your waffle iron, spray with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside.
  • Whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  • In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • Mix the egg yolks, vegetable oil, milk, Watermelon Juice, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  • Add the egg yolk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Fold in the egg whites.
  • Pour the batter onto your hot waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer's directions**
  • Serve immediately with butter, syrup, powdered sugar, or my Maple syrup concoction. 

2 Cups of Purpose Flour

1 TBL. of Baking Powder

3 TBL. Sugar

1 Tsp of Cinamon

2 Large Eggs Separated

1/2 of Vegetable Oil

1 TSP of Vanilla Extract

1 3/4 of Milk

1/4 Cup of Watermelon Juice 

Chives and Thyme... as much as you want
