Before we proceed, I would like to express my utmost respect and admiration for our customs and the wise leadership of our Rabbis. I believe that acknowledging and appreciating our traditions is essential to maintaining our rich cultural heritage. I wrote a lengthy post because I've noticed that whenever I discuss topics that involve meat, dairy, and even chicken on my blog and YouTube channel, I receive hostile emails and cryptic inquiries. This backlash is not confined to just the Jewish community but also Christians. Many people seem to think they know more than I do and feel the need to offer their opinions as if they are unquestionable facts.
