Kosher Dosher...“I am a culinary Heretic"

These Mini ones are virtually identical to my other  Potato & Cheese Frittata with one or two exceptions.   In this version, I used mini-spring-form pans that measured 4.5 " x 2". Ground-Chicken-Breakfast-Sausage was used instead of regular sausage. Some spices and herbs were different too. My next batch will have some Broccoli and Kale.  TOP OF PAGE
