Horseradish Sauce for Prime Rib


200 grams of Heavy Whipping Cream
100 grams of Mayonnaise 
50 grams of Sour cream
75 grams of Horseradish or more (creamy, Hot, Mild or whatever version you want)
8 grams of your favorite Mustard (or more)
1/2 tsp of Granulated Garlic (or more)
Salt to taste (I added 3/4 tsp)
A bunch of chopped of Chives or Green Onions
A bunch of Chopped up Tarragon 
And what ever you else you want....

Whip the Heavy Whipping cream to stiff peaks and gently fold in the rest of the ingredients. DONE!!!!
