WAFFLE RECIPE
- Preheat your waffle iron, spray with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Mix the egg yolks, vegetable oil, milk, Watermelon Juice, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Add the egg yolk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in the egg whites.
- Pour the batter onto your hot waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer's directions**
- Serve immediately with butter, syrup, powdered sugar, or my Maple syrup concoction.
2 Cups of Purpose Flour
1 TBL. of Baking Powder
3 TBL. Sugar
1 Tsp of Cinamon
2 Large Eggs Separated
1/2 of Vegetable Oil
1 TSP of Vanilla Extract
1 3/4 of Milk
1/4 Cup of Watermelon Juice
Chives and Thyme... as much as you want
